Our story begins with a simple mission: to provide the best hearing care delivery solutions in the world. In 1984, our founders Paul Jackson, HIS, and Charley Feeley, BC-HIS, embarked on this journey, driven by a deep commitment to improving the lives of individuals suffering from hearing loss.

The journey was not without its challenges. The hearing aid process at the time was marred by severe limitations. Hearing aids were custom-made at a manufacturer's lab in other states or countries, leading to long waiting periods for patients. Moreover, whenever adjustments or repairs were needed, the devices had to be shipped back to the manufacturer's lab, further prolonging the process.

Our founders were determined to break this mold. They envisioned a future where patients could receive their hearing aids the same day, eliminating the need for lengthy waits. To achieve this, they decided to start manufacturing their own hearing aids right here in Tulsa. This decision not only helped us become Oklahoma's largest and most trusted hearing aid provider but also allowed us to serve our patients better.

Over time, we realized that our goal was not just about providing hearing aids but about enhancing the quality of life for each individual who walked through our doors. We embarked on extensive research into ear anatomy, physiology, and acoustical physics. Thousands of trial fittings with our patients followed, along with careful consideration of their feedback. We discovered that most complaints about hearing aids could be resolved if the hearing aid could fit better. In fact, a survey of over a thousand hearing care professionals across the United States revealed that over 90% of them believed that the way a hearing aid fits is the most important factor.

With this realization, we dedicated ourselves to innovation, constantly testing and refining our hearing aid designs, technologies, and services for our patients. This led to the development of a groundbreaking hearing aid style that disrupted the industry. Our patented RIC hearing aid technology uses an ergonomic fit along the natural curve of the ear, making it virtually invisible when worn. Today, our devices make up nearly 80% of all hearing aids sold worldwide.

While our global presence has grown, we remain deeply committed to our Oklahoma roots. We have trained hearing care professionals not just in Canada and Mexico but also in countries like Germany, Australia, The Netherlands, Argentina, Poland, South Africa, Austria, Israel, and Italy. We have brought back the best practices and continue to improve our processes and services to better care for the patients who walk through our doors every day.
