Meet Jamie

Jamie Heinkel, owner and operator of Pacific Real Estate Inspections, graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Communication. She has completed three years of on-the-job training under Certified Master Inspector, Bill Thompson, and is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) with many additional specialist qualifications in the inspection industry. Jamie is a member of InterNACHI's Buy-Back Guarantee Program, a Certified Commercial Inspector (CCI), and has passed the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE). She is also a Certified Pool/Spa Inspector, Certified Mobile Home Inspector, Certified Safe Workplace Inspector, Certified Deck and Exterior Inspector, and Certified Residential Property Inspector. With her extensive qualifications and commitment to providing the best possible service, clients can trust that they are in good hands with Jamie.

Meet Bill

Bill Thompson, former owner of Pacific Inspections and current consultant, is a graduate of the Inspector Training Association and a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) by InterNACHI. He has performed over 10,000 inspections and is an expert in the field. Bill has committed himself to embracing new technology, such as Thermal Imaging, and his attention to detail has made Pacific Inspections into the successful business it is today. Although he has transitioned into a consultant role, Bill still lends his expertise to Jamie and performs inspections for clients.
