Inner Banks Legal Services emerged in 2017 driven by a vision: to provide accessible and reliable legal guidance to the people of Eastern North Carolina. Led by accomplished attorney Sarah Beth Withers, our dedicated team believes everyone deserves access to quality legal services regardless of their financial means. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we utilize a combination of client fees, donations, and grants to ensure affordability for our clients.
