About Us

My name is Hollie French, and I'm a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in private practice in Lafayette, LA. I use both Art Therapy and traditional talk therapy (Counseling) to help individuals find unique and creative solutions to problems, provide support through difficult times, and assist in overcoming life's challenges.

At Hollie French Art Therapy & Counseling, LLC, we specialize in providing an array of therapeutic services for individuals ages 5 and older. Our services include individual counseling, family support, teletherapy, and workshops to promote emotional well-being.

Empowering Moms

As a mom, it can be overwhelming to balance the demands of motherhood with your own needs and desires. That's why we've created a curated, transformative experience designed specifically for moms. This journey began as a journey often does - with a cry for help. I, too, had enough. I needed something different. I needed to feel less alone and more alive.

I began by reading, listening, and absorbing all the information I found that seemed relevant. I explored feminine wisdom from our ancestors, what it means to feel disconnected from who we really are, and why it's so important to find our way back home again. I took risks - some small, some big - and started resisting. Resisting the doubts and self-criticism. Questioning others' expectations of me. Listening to what I needed. What I wanted.
