Our Team

Our team is the heart of Telluride Center for Dentistry. Led by Dr. Ryan Grady, our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional care in a warm, welcoming environment.

• Lynsey Wheeler: Lynsey grew up outside of Charlottesville, Virginia and attended West Virginia University. She first came to Telluride in 2017 for the Bluegrass Festival and never left! Lynsey started with TCD in October 2021 at the front desk, transitioned to Lead Dental Assistant, and now is the Office Manager and Clinical Coordinator.
• Madelyn Wild: Madelyn grew up in Baton Rouge, LA. She visited her family in Telluride in the summers and knew she wanted to live here one day. In 2019 she made the move and has learned how to ski, paddleboard, and camp. Madelyn started with TCD as an assistant in July 2022 and has worked at the front desk.
• Heidi Weaver, RDH: Heidi grew up in Tacoma, WA and was a cosmetologist / esthetician before going to hygiene school in 2001. She first moved to Telluride in 2005 and started in this very practice after covering for another hygienist on maternity leave. Heidi has been with Dr. Grady since he took over the practice in 2009!
• Mel Sloan, RDH: Mel grew up in St. Louis, MO and studied Environmental Science/Geography at Oregon State. She moved to Telluride in October 2013
