Undermountain Golf Course

Undermountain Golf Course is a family-owned and operated golf course located in Copake, New York, offering a unique and challenging layout for golfers of all skill levels. Our nine-hole executive yardage course features alternate tees for the back nine, providing a fun and exciting experience for players of all ages. Our History

Established in 1976 by Jack Shakshober, our course was born out of a passion for golf and a desire to share that passion with others. Over the years, Jack and his wife Pat have worked tirelessly to create a golfing haven that welcomes players of all ages and skill levels. Today, their daughter Trish MacArthur and her superintendent husband John continue to carry on the family tradition, ensuring that every player who steps onto our course has an unforgettable experience.
