At Restorative Hope Sanctuary, PLLC, we are a Christian-based mental health and wellness center dedicated to providing a peaceful and supportive environment for individuals to renew their heart and mind. Our vision is to create a space where individuals can heal, grow, and find peace. We believe that every person deserves to live a fulfilling life, and our mission is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Our experienced and licensed therapists are committed to providing personalized care and support to help individuals overcome life's challenges and achieve their goals.

Our Therapists

Our team of therapists is dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Our team includes:

• Jo Harrison, LPC-S, MEd, EAT: Our founder and owner, Jo, is a licensed professional counselor with a passion for helping individuals of all ages. She has extensive experience working with adolescents, young women, and military personnel, and is a certified equine-assisted therapist.
• Christina Ravenel, LPC: Christina is a licensed professional counselor with a background in psychology and education. She has worked with individuals, couples, and groups, and has experience in play therapy and cognitive restructuring.
• April Lyons, LPC: April is a licensed professional counselor with a background in adult education and clinical mental health. She has experience working with individuals, couples, and groups, and is passionate about helping people overcome obstacles and find meaning in their lives.
• Amy Museka, LPC: Amy is a licensed professional counselor with a background in interpersonal communication and clinical mental health. She has experience working with individuals, couples, and groups, and is dedicated to providing empathetic and passionate mental health services to the military community.

Our Services

At Restorative Hope Sanctuary, PLLC, we offer a range of services to help individuals of all ages overcome life's challenges. Our services include:

• Individual therapy: Our licensed therapists provide individualized therapy sessions to help individuals overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
• Group therapy: We offer group therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families to provide a sense of community and support.
• Equine-assisted therapy: Our equine-assisted therapy program provides a unique and powerful therapeutic experience for individuals of all ages.
• Family therapy: Our therapists work with families to provide guidance, support, and counseling to help families overcome challenges and strengthen relationships.
• Couples therapy: We provide couples therapy to help individuals and couples overcome relationship challenges and strengthen their bond.
