Questions
What is raw pet food?
Raw pet food consists of uncooked, minimally processed ingredients like meat, bones, and organs that mimic a pet's natural diet in the wild.
How does raw food benefit my pet?
Raw diets improve digestion, reduce allergies, promote healthier skin/coats, and strengthen teeth/gums by providing biologically appropriate nutrients.
Is raw pet food safe?
Yes. Our products are made in USDA-inspected facilities with human-grade ingredients, ensuring safety and compliance with strict handling protocols.
How do I store raw pet food?
Store raw pet food in the freezer until use. Thaw portions in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving to maintain freshness and safety.
Can I mix raw food with kibble?
While possible, we recommend feeding raw and kibble separately, as they digest differently and mixing may reduce the benefits of raw nutrition.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We deliver to Oahu, Maui, and Hilo, with flexible pickup options at our Kaneohe facility for added convenience.
