Welcome to Santa Ynez Valley Union High School, founded in 1896, located in the picturesque Santa Ynez Valley. We are proud to be among the highest-achieving high schools in Santa Barbara County. Our campus, with fewer than 1,000 students, may be small, but our reputation for success is widely recognized. We excel in academics, athletics, visual and performing arts, occupational arts, agriculture, and community service. Our faculty and staff actively practice innovative teaching to prepare students for the challenges of the 21st century.
