Our mission is to establish confidence and character in each of our gymnasts, helping them gain coordination, flexibility, and strength for the body, while also building lifelong relationships with other gymnasts and coaches. Our story began in 2002 as a dream, and in 2004, we made it a reality, offering quality competitive and recreational gymnastics instruction to kids ages 2 and up. We are proud to serve Terrebonne Parish and the surrounding communities, providing a unique service that sets us apart.

Our Team: Experts in Gymnastics Education

Meet our team of experienced coaches, including Nicole James, our owner and head coach, who has a rich background in competitive gymnastics and coaching. With a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Grambling State University, Nicole has been a cheerleader for GSU, a gymnastics scholarship recipient at Centenary College, and an All-American in Vault, Bars, Beam, and All-Around. She has also been a national beam champion and has coached at various gyms, including the renowned Spirals Gymnastics in Dallas. Our other head coach, Viktor Firsov, has an impressive resume, having coached an All-Around Olympic Champion and 4-time Gold Medalist, Vladimir Artemov. Our coaches are not only highly experienced but also certified in USAG Professional Membership, USAG Safety, and USAG Safe Sport, ensuring that your child is in safe hands.
