Our Story

Our journey began in 2006, when our founders, James C. Warner, PE, and Raymond R. Khoury, PE/S.E., joined forces to create a structural engineering and steel detailing firm that would provide unparalleled service and quality to our clients. Over the years, we have continued to grow and expand our services, adding new team members and honing our skills to meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients.

Structural Engineering

As a structural engineering firm, we provide comprehensive solutions for structural engineering from kick-off through construction administration. Our team of experts utilizes Building Information Modeling (BIM) to design, detail, and document structural systems, enabling a more collaborative and efficient project delivery process.

Steel Detailing

Our steel detailing services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each project. We provide detailed fabrication drawings using SDS/2 steel detailing software, which enables us to prepare 3D models of entire steel structures, including all information required for ordering, fabricating, and erecting steel.

Construction Administration

Our construction administration services include pre-construction meetings, review of shop drawings and submittals, and on-site structural observation to ensure compliance with design intent and contract documents.

Erection Engineering

Our erosion engineering services include steel placement and phased structure evaluation, weights for crane picks, temporary erection aids, and compliance with safety guidelines.
