Our story began with a vision to not only own and operate properties but to reimagine the property management side of the business. Under the leadership of President and CEO Stephen J. Gleason, we have evolved into an award-winning asset and property owner and operator, focusing on commercial assets in the Mid-Atlantic region, Florida, and select markets where we have significant on-the-ground relationships and expertise.

We invest with institutional partners and high net worth individuals across the risk spectrum, adding value through property repositioning, leasing, and hands-on management. Our portfolio includes 1.8 million square feet under property management, with 1 million square feet of leasing activity, and we have invested over $123 million in capital. Our Team

At Kairos, we pride ourselves on our experienced and dedicated team. Stephen J. Gleason, our President and CEO, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having spent 18 years with Amerimar Enterprises and serving as General Manager at LaSalle Partners in New York. Mike Corvasce, our Executive Vice President, has over 22 years of real estate investment experience, having been involved in property level capital transactions totaling over $600 million and 7 million square feet. Jeremy Wolfset, our Senior Vice President of Property Management, oversees our management division, which includes 1.6 million square feet of office and industrial facilities across Pennsylvania. Joan Wright, our Property Controller / Assistant Property Manager, brings 20 years of accounting experience to the administration of our diverse portfolio.
