Our History and Mission
Bellisimo Med Spa and Laser Center has been at the heart of Worcester County's total body and skin care for nearly 40 years. Our longevity alone speaks to the high-quality service and care that is provided to clients day in and day out. Our founder, Bella Krashenny, was born and raised in Moscow Russia, where she earned a Nursing Degree from Moscow Medical School and then earned her graduate degree to become a Nurse Practitioner with a concentration in dermatology and plastic surgery. Bella brought her passion and knowledge of beauty and skincare to the United States in 1981 when she immigrated to America with her family in 1981. And in 1986, Bella realized her American Dream and opened her own Skin Care studio in Worcester, marking the beginning of Bellisimo Med Spa and Laser Center.

Our skilled and certified medical injectors offer a variety of injectable treatments, including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify, and Juvederm, Restylane, Revanesse Versa, Revance RHA & Radiesse dermal fillers.
Our skin rejuvenation treatments include medical-grade chemical peels, facial treatments, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and mesotherapy. We also offer advanced laser skin care technologies, including Fraxel, VBeam & GentleLASE for anti-aging, pigment and spot reduction, redness and vein removal, skin resurfacing, hair removal and more.
Our body treatments include weight loss "skinny shots, " laser hair removal, vein removal, skin tag removal, and more, to give our patients the slim, smooth, and youthful-looking body that they have always wanted.
