Founded in 2008, Construction Waste Management (CWM) is a locally owned and operated construction & demolition debris (C&D) landfill company. With a commitment to better service, efficiency, and sustainability, CWM has rapidly become the largest landfill (in volume) in the Salt Lake Valley. At CWM, we take pride in our steadfast dedication to creating a safe and efficient C&D landfill experience that prioritizes the well-being of our customers and the environment.

Our Management Team

Our experienced management team consists of accomplished individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring sustainable practices.

• Rob Reynolds, Owner/Manager: Rob is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a business degree and has over 35 years of experience in the excavation, construction, and demolition industry.
• Lincoln Coombs, Controller: Lincoln holds a B.S. in accounting and has over 20 years of accounting experience, with 10 of those years in construction accounting.
• Jeremy Bland, Landfill Operations Manager: Jeremy has over 9 years of experience in landfill operations and over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.

Together, our management team works tirelessly to maintain a green and environmentally friendly focus that ensures the safety and health of the community, both now and in the future.

What We Do

• C&D Landfill Depository: As the largest landfill (in volume) in the Salt Lake Valley, CWM receives over 300,000 tons of C&D debris yearly. We are dedicated to maintaining safe year-round access, stable and level dumping conditions, and timely service for our customers.

• Competitive Depository Rates: We are proud to offer the most competitive rates in the valley, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible value for our services.

• Recycled Products: In addition to our landfill services, CWM creates recyclable products from the debris we receive. This approach not only promotes sustainability but also helps reduce waste and conserve resources.
