Han Ho Martial Arts and Secret Weapon MMA are dedicated to providing a comprehensive martial arts experience. Our mission is to empower individuals through martial arts training, focusing on personal growth, self-defense, and physical fitness. Our state-of-the-art facility in Walden, New York, offers a variety of programs catering to different ages and skill levels.

Our Programs

We offer several programs designed to meet diverse needs. Our MMA division, Secret Weapon MMA, is a leader in the MMA community, working closely with Philadelphia's Marquez MMA. This program includes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is suitable for teens and adults. We also have a Youth Mixed Martial Arts Program for children aged 8-12, which is growing rapidly. Additionally, we have a Self Defense Program, "Barnard Fight System, " which incorporates elements of boxing, kickboxing, jiu jitsu, taekwondo, and more, focusing on realistic techniques for self-defense. Han Ho also offers specialized programs like Women's Kickboxing and Police Defensive Tactics.

Our Instructors

Our instructors are highly experienced and dedicated to their craft. Mike Barnard, a direct instructor and coach, is actively involved in several programs within Han Ho Martial Arts and Secret Weapon MMA. His son, Cole Barnard, is a professional MMA fighter and also coaches. The team includes instructors with impressive backgrounds, ensuring that students receive the highest level of instruction.
