Our Services

We offer a wide range of care and services, including Skilled Rehab, long-term care placement, respite care, hospice care, trach care, medication management, dialysis transport, and assistance with activities of daily living. Our Skilled Rehab program includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy, all of which are designed to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Our therapy services are offered in our state-of-the-art gym as well as in-room therapy sessions.

In addition to our rehabilitation services, we also provide a range of amenities and services to make our patients' stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. These include 24-hour nursing care, on-site laundry, Wi-Fi, beauty salon services, social and enrichment activities, chaplain services, TV in every room, and exterior dining patio with wheelchair access overlooking a beautiful lakeside view. We also offer transportation services, housekeeping service, and have local shopping stores nearby for added convenience.

We also have a dedicated observation unit for new admissions, where patients receive all necessary care and services while minimizing the risk of exposure.
