At Hatha House Yoga Studio, we pride ourselves on providing a safe and nurturing environment for individuals to cultivate physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our experienced instructors, JoAnna Spector and Tom Spector, bring over 30 years of combined experience in teaching yoga and meditation to our studio. With a BS in education, JoAnna has taught yoga classes at her studio, Duke University, and various organizations, catering to participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis.

Private Yoga Classes

If you're looking for a personalized yoga experience, our private yoga classes are tailored to your specific needs and goals. With our private class sessions on Zoom, you'll receive one-on-one instruction and guidance from JoAnna, ensuring a transformative experience. Choose from our flexible pricing options, starting at $100 per private class, with couples classes available at $110. We also offer gift certificates for that special someone.

Meditation and Healing

Tom Spector, a renowned meditation teacher, has over 40 years of experience in teaching meditation and presenting healing talks. With a special gift for helping people overcome troubled issues, Tom's meditation techniques have been life-changing for many individuals. His approach is unique, combining profound insights with light humor, making meditation accessible to everyone. Tom's meditation and healing CD, "Meditation & Healing", provides a comprehensive guide to calm your mind, gain clarity in your life, and experience inner peace.

Presentations and Private Sessions

Tom Spector is available to present meditation and healing talks for your group or organization. He also offers private meditation and healing sessions, providing personalized guidance and support. With his expert guidance, Tom helps individuals identify the root of their suffering and discover their path to healing.
