Our Story

Our journey began with a vision to create a company that would revolutionize the way civil engineering, construction management, and environmental services are delivered. Today, we're a certified small business (SBE) and woman-owned small business (WOSB) with extensive experience working with the Army Corp of Engineers (Corp), NAVFAC Northwest, and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service. Our team brings a wealth of expertise in design-build projects, providing our clients and partners with fast-turnaround designs during the RFP phase and expertise in permit approvals.

Our construction management services encompass agency permit approvals, constructability reviews, and project management. Our environmental services include environmental permitting, hydraulic modeling, and water resources engineering. We also offer specialized services like drone inspection, right-of-way consulting, and telecom/5G services.

Our team has extensive experience in leading large transit and transportation projects, providing construction management and constructability reviews throughout the life of the project. We also provide permit approvals, electrical system design, and water treatment services. Our team has obtained over 400 drainage permits in five years and has experts in drainage design, reports, planning, monitoring, and custom water quality design mixes.
