Services
Programming
Our programming phase begins with site analysis and client consultations to establish project requirements, budget parameters, and design goals. We develop initial sketches exploring spatial relationships while considering functional needs and aesthetic preferences. This foundational stage ensures alignment between client expectations and project feasibility through comprehensive needs assessment.
Schematic Design
During schematic design, we refine initial concepts through detailed sketches and 3D modeling to study massing relationships and sun control strategies. This phase focuses on translating client requirements into physical form while maintaining budget constraints. Our team creates visual representations that evolve design concepts toward actionable plans.
Construction Documents
We develop comprehensive construction documents combining hand sketches and CAD technology to detail all project specifications. These documents include engineering coordination and specialized system requirements for accurate project execution. Our meticulous documentation process ensures clarity for contractors while maintaining design integrity throughout construction phases.
Interior Design
Our interior design services encompass finish selections, lighting design, casework details, and furniture specifications tailored to client preferences. We create coordinated finish binders that integrate with construction documents to ensure cohesive design execution. This phase focuses on functional aesthetics and material selection that complement architectural elements.
Contract Administration
We provide ongoing contract administration through shop drawing reviews, contractor coordination, and regular site visits. This service ensures adherence to design specifications while addressing construction challenges proactively. Our oversight maintains quality control and facilitates smooth project completion according to approved plans.
