Our journey began in 1985 when Scott G. Oropeza founded the firm, and since then, we have grown steadily over the years. In 1999, John G. Parks, Jr. joined forces with Scott G. Oropeza to form a partnership. Later, in 2007, James H. Hill, Jr. became a partner. With over 65 years of combined experience, our team is committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients.
