With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mississippi Valley State University, Velma has worked in various roles, including as the Assistant Comptroller for the Dallas Museum of Art and Office & Payroll Manager for Art & Commerce Company. In 1997, she founded JVMA Financial Services with the mission to provide superior financial services to individuals and businesses.
