Employment & Labor

Our employment & labor practice is dedicated to advising employers and employees in all aspects of employment law. We assist clients in avoiding workplace problems by consulting on HR policies and helping employees and employers navigate workplace disputes. We also represent clients in wrongful discharge, discrimination, and sexual harassment claims, as well as wage claims in state, federal, and tribal courts. Additionally, we provide independent workplace investigations and review, draft, and revise employee handbooks, employment contracts, and independent contractor agreements.

Business & Contracts

Our business & contracts practice assists clients with a range of business legal needs, including contract review and drafting, entity formation, and review and drafting of bylaws and operating agreements. We also review and draft tech contracts, such as software licenses, cloud computing agreements, and other IT contracts. In addition, we provide advice on business legal issues, insurance needs and issues, HIPAA compliance, and human resource policies. Our experienced attorneys are skilled in litigating business contract disputes and other business cases.

Insurance Claims

Our insurance claims practice is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex and often frustrating process of insurance claims. We assist clients in determining who is responsible for claims, evaluating third-party claims, and advising on what to do when claims have been denied. About Isaac Kantor

Isaac Kantor, founder and principal of Kantor Law, has extensive experience representing clients in employment and labor law, insurance claims, and business law. Isaac is admitted to practice in all Montana state and federal courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribal Court, and the Northern Cheyenne Tribal Court.
