Snavely L.Ac, LSW and Katie Kelly, L.Ac, have dedicated their careers to providing compassionate and effective care for a wide range of health concerns.

Our Story

Autumn, our lead acupuncturist, began her journey as a social worker, providing mental and behavioral health therapy to youth and families. She later turned her attention to holistic approaches to mental health and substance abuse care, driven by her desire to provide natural pain relief and reduce the risk of opioid addiction. With a special interest in pediatrics, prenatal, and postnatal care, Autumn is also becoming a birth doula to support new mothers. As an acupuncturist at Nationwide Children's Hospital, she has seen firsthand the benefits of acupuncture in treating children's health issues.

Katie, our second acupuncturist, comes from a background in biology and has always been passionate about public and individual health. After working in non-profit organizations in Michigan and New York, she discovered acupuncture through personal experience with chronic neck pain. After finding relief through acupuncture, Katie returned to Ohio to pursue her Master's in Acupuncture from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine. She now specializes in chronic pain management and mental health issues like anxiety, stress, and depression.
