Empowering You to Live a Fuller, More Authentic Life

At Jessica Gada, Bethesda Psychotherapist, our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed/Board Certified Art Therapist, I specialize in guiding adults through transformative processes as they navigate career, academic, and relationship decisions, especially in the wake of difficult life events, such as grief, job loss, trauma, or troubles in the home or workplace.

Our Services

Our services are designed to help individuals understand and heal from their experiences with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and more. Through individual and group therapy sessions, we explore coping skills aimed at mind-body awareness, self-expression, distress tolerance, and building a better relationship with oneself.

Individual Work

In individual therapy sessions, we work together to understand and heal from your experiences, letting go of negative self-talk and self-doubt. You will learn to trust yourself and others, build quality relationships, and move into the best version of yourself. You already have all the tools you need - I will help you uncover them.

Group Therapy

Our group therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment where you can connect with like-minded individuals as you explore coping skills aimed at mind-body awareness, self-expression, distress tolerance, and building a better relationship with yourself.

Military Services

We provide individual and group therapy to service men and women, veterans, retirees, and their families, offering evidence-based treatments for combat and interpersonal stress such as EMDR and Imagery Rehearsal Therapy for chronic nightmares, as well as Art Therapy and Writing.

Art Therapy

Art therapy is a tool for communication, insight, integration, and relaxation - no matter the skill level of the creator/client. You do not need an artistic background to benefit from art therapy. In fact, most of our incoming clients haven't touched an art material in years, or even decades! After trying it, clients often report that the art making unlocked new areas for growth, healing, and expansion.
