Disappointing Experiences
Some customers have expressed frustration with their experiences at Pro Transfer Station. One reviewer, Bob Troutner, felt disrespected when they were told to leave at closing time, despite arriving just before the designated time. The same reviewer noted that they could see employees still working at a nearby location.
Respect and Pricing
Other customers have shared concerns about the service they received. Myroslav Omelchenko mentioned that the lady at the scale could improve her attitude towards customers, and also felt that the prices were too high. However, they did appreciate the canopy guys.
Positive Experiences

They praised the helpful staff, convenient location, and reasonable waste fees. David Pierce noted that they only paid a third of what they would have at a different landfill, and King Bourisz appreciated the quick and easy process.

One reviewer, Dion Blasco, noted that Pro Transfer Station takes care of garbage and helps to recycle by crushing rocks and making dirt.
