Our Process

At Uptown Kitchens and Baths, we understand that every client is unique and has different needs and preferences. That's why we offer a personalized design process that begins with an initial meeting in your home. During this meeting, we discuss your needs and wants, measure the space that is to be renovated, and take some photos of the space (with your permission, of course). We also utilize design software to create a 3D visual aid of your space, allowing you to see the design in many different angles.

We do charge an initial meeting fee of $150 and a designer retainer fee based on your design size, which are both credited towards your cabinetry sale. We believe that this investment is well worth it, as it ensures that we can provide you with the best possible design and installation for your new kitchen or bathroom.
