Water: We provide design and oversight services for all potable water needs, from planning and supply issues to water treatment and distribution.

Wastewater: We provide a wide range of wastewater engineering services, including planning, collections systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities.

Stormwater: We provide stormwater engineering services, including pipeline and collection, bioswales, outfall design, tidegates, and other control or water quality facilities.

Transportation Design: We provide design and oversight services for roadway maintenance, parking lots, lighting and striping, signage, and pedestrian improvement projects including ADA.

Master Planning: Looking toward the future is essential for the success of any municipality, county, or special district. We have helped dozens of communities across Oregon with their planning needs.

Site Development: We help our private sector clients with all their site development needs, including permitting, site access, utilities, water/storm/sewer, grading, paving, parking, and erosion control.
