Our Story
Sunrise Properties was launched in March 2019 as a division of Experience Real Estate, with Kathy Schmitt as the broker. With the advent of Airbnb, VRBO, and Homeaway, it became clear that renters were looking for the ability to book online instantly. Rhode Island renters increasingly expect concierge services as well as excellent customer service from area experts. Sunrise Properties provides an elevated experience, blending leading industry standards with technology and superior customer service.
