Our Team

Delmar Events is led by Heather Freedman, Founder and Principal Planner, and Sara Beveridge, Creative Designer. With a combined 17 years of experience in the event industry, Heather and Sara have a vast network of connections and a proven track record of success. Heather's keen eye for design and meticulousness coupled with Sara's affinity for logistics makes for a perfect partnership.

Heather was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and raised in Jacksonville, North Carolina. She has a deep roots in entertainment and a passion for excellence, which is reflected in every event she plans. Sara is a native of Toledo, Ohio and a graduate of the Cornell Hotel School. She has a unique combination of design creativity and impeccable organizational skills, and has successfully planned and managed hundreds of five-star events for discerning clients and celebrities alike.
