At Big Fish Talent, our agents and staff understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by actors, models, and other talents. This understanding comes from our personal experience as actors, models, and producers. For nearly 30 years, we have been securing work for actors and models in film, television, commercials, voiceovers, industrials, and print advertisements.

Our Team

Emily Rushing, along with her husband, Ben Rushing, purchased Big Fish Talent Agency in 2012 with the vision of building on the agency's rich history while incorporating modern ideas for the future. Emily is dedicated to the success of her talent and clients and is invested in the growth of the agency.

*Elisa Piesman - Booking Assistant*

Elisa Piesman has been working in front of the camera since 1996 and joined Big Fish Talent as a booking assistant in 2014. She uses her knowledge and experience from working on set to help members of Big Fish Talent book work in the industry.

*Rachel Leach - VO Agent*

Rachel Leach has been involved in the voice-over industry for over 20 years. She has narrated thousands of projects for well-known brands. Rachel is a voice acting coach and a recommended expert coach for various professional platforms. She has a passion for the art of communication and loves working with talent to create narrations that 'pop'.
