Questions
Where do I check-in upon arrival?
Check-in is at our front desk where you'll receive parking passes and room keys. Open daily 8am-10pm May-Sept and 8am-8pm Oct-Apr.
What is your cancellation policy?
25% deposit required at booking. Cancellations 15-30 days prior receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
Are the pool and hot tub available year-round?
Pool operates seasonally (early May-early October). Hot tub is available year-round.
Do you allow pets on the premises?
We maintain a no-pet policy for guest safety and cleanliness. Nearby kennel options available through front desk.
How many parking spaces are included with my unit?
1-bedroom units receive 1 parking space. 2-bedroom and larger units receive 2 spaces. Display parking passes at all times.
Is daily linen service available?
Daily linen restocking available upon request for $35/day. Most units include washer/dryers for guest use.
