Meet Our Team

Dr. Eleanor F. Lo, M.D.

Dr. Lo graduated from UC Davis medical school in 1989 and is board-certified in Internal Medicine. With over 15 years of experience working at South Sacramento Kaiser and a private clinic, Dr. Lo has developed a strong foundation in primary care internal medicine. Her interest in providing scientifically proven skin care treatments led her to establish Peachy Skin Care, where she combines her medical expertise with her passion for helping others achieve beautiful and youthful skin.

Jennifer C. Chen, R.N.

Jennifer Chen earned her Registered Nursing degree in 1981 and has worked as a staff nurse in both outpatient medical clinics and inpatient hospital services in Taipei. She holds a current Registered Nurse license, including CPR certification. Jennifer has extensive training in medical laser procedures since 2011 and is certified through the National Laser Institute for laser treatment. She also has certification as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector of Botox and dermal fillers, with experience in many skin care services including advanced facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and LED technology.

Jennifer has completed numerous in-depth Botox cosmetic injection, dermal filler, laser, and skin care classes and training seminars over the past three years. With her comprehensive experience and clinical background, Jennifer has built a busy Botox and facial filler practice in the Northern California area and internationally in Taiwan. Her precise injection techniques combined with excellent nursing skills and an artistic aesthetic eye have helped her develop a solid reputation in the region.

IPL Photorejuvenation
