At Arbol Professional Counseling, we specialize in treating adolescents, adults, and couples with issues not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Chronic health/disability, Grief, Education/career counseling, and Life coaching. We understand that each individual is unique and requires personalized treatment based on their specific needs. Our approach is multidisciplinary, combining strategies that include psychodynamic modalities, existential therapy, and cognitive therapy.

We believe in empowering everyday people to tell their story, understand themselves, and make a difference in their lives and their communities. We also offer telehealth services for those who prefer the convenience of online counseling.
