Design: Budgeting & Analysis
The first step in any new audiovisual project is identifying the functionality required while creating a realistic Audio Visual budget to work from. Our team of design specialists works with each client to define the needs of individual users and, ultimately, configure what technology is needed to create collaborative, easy-to-use, future-proof meeting spaces.
Project Management
We understand that up-front planning and coordination throughout a project will ensure its ultimate success. A PMP-certified project manager will be assigned to every new project, overseeing all aspects of the installation from communicating infrastructure with various trades (architects, general contractors, etc.) to scheduling the installation team and ensuring all systems are installed on time and within budget.
Audio Visual Installation & Training
Our staff of highly trained technicians ensures our clients receive the utmost quality & professionalism during the installation phase. With a focus on constantly improving, Western Audio Visual technicians hold certifications with all major manufacturers. Upon completion of each installation, a certified Western AV trainer will host end-user training sessions, giving clients the ability to use the AV systems in a comfortable, stress-free environment.
Service & Customer Support
We understand the importance of limiting downtime related to any installation. Our team of Service professionals is available 24/7 to support our clients when the need arises. In addition to technical support, parts replacement, and equipment repair, Western AV's service team offers a variety of customized Preventative Maintenance Plans to safeguard your audiovisual investment.
