Our History and Business Philosophy

New Wave Building Concepts is a family owned business that grew from humble beginnings. Established in 1989 as New Wave Builders, the company struggled to stay afloat amidst the harsh winters and declining local economy of a small Central PA town. In 1995, our founder, Gregg Bratton, and his then fiance, Michele, moved to the Raleigh, NC area in search of new opportunities. Through hard work and dedication, the company flourished, and Gregg became a licensed General Contractor. In 2007, the business incorporated as New Wave Building Concepts.
