Your Trusted Dance & Gymnastics Studio in North Platte, NE
Legacy Dance & Gymnastics was founded in North Platte, Nebraska in the fall of 2004 with a mission to provide a dynamic, family-centered environment for dance and gymnastics education. Originally established as The Stage Christian Dance Studio, we expanded in 2014 by acquiring Starz Gymnastics and merging the two programs into a comprehensive arts and athletics platform. Our facility at 3191 Studley Road serves as a hub for creative expression and physical development, offering structured classes for children aged 2-18. We emphasize age-appropriate instruction across multiple disciplines including ballet, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and acrobatic arts while maintaining a Christian perspective through modest attire, faith-centered music, and values-based teaching.

Our curriculum includes both recreational and competitive pathways, featuring audition-only dance teams, competitive gymnastics squads, and specialized programs for boys. We enrich our offerings through annual workshops with nationally recognized instructors from cities like Los Angeles, Denver, and Chicago, providing students with diverse learning opportunities. The LA 2 NE Dance Convention, hosted annually since 2014, exemplifies our commitment to connecting local talent with industry professionals. Our approach balances technical excellence with character development, creating a supportive community where students can grow artistically, physically, and spiritually.
