Restoring Hope Consulting and Social Work, P.A. is a professional organization that offers psychotherapy services to individuals, veterans, and the aging population. Our team is led by Rebekah Taylor, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of clinical experience in medical social work, inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient counseling, integrative medicine for mental health, and home studies.

Our team specializes in a variety of modalities, including EMDR, CBT, CPT, Brainspotting, Person-Centered, Holistic, and Mindfulness Theory approaches. We also offer specialized services such as Custodial Parent Evaluations and Home Study Evaluations. • Individual Psychotherapy: Our team offers individual psychotherapy sessions to help you navigate your mental health journey. We utilize a variety of modalities, including EMDR, CBT, CPT, Brainspotting, and more to help you achieve your goals.

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. Our team is trained in CBT and can help you learn how to manage your thoughts and feelings more effectively.

• Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT): CPT is a specific type of CBT that is designed to help individuals who have experienced trauma. This 12-session psychotherapy helps you evaluate and change the upsetting thoughts you have had since your trauma, allowing you to change how you feel.

• Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT): TF-CBT is a type of psychotherapy that is designed for children who have experienced trauma or been sexually abused. Our team is trained in TF-CBT and can help children and their families navigate their mental health journey.

• Custodial Parent Evaluations: Our team offers custodial parent evaluations to help determine the best interests of the child in custody disputes. These evaluations are conducted by a licensed clinical social worker and can provide valuable insights for parents, attorneys, and the court.

• Home Study Evaluations: We also offer home study evaluations to help determine the suitability of a home environment for a child. These evaluations are conducted by a licensed clinical social worker and can provide valuable insights for parents, attorneys, and the court.
