Cooper Engineering is a 70-year-strong civil engineering company located in northwest Wisconsin. We are a full-service team that works with our clients throughout planning, design, and construction to engineer their transportation, municipal, industrial, airport, environmental, or development projects. Our staff is well-educated, proficient, and brings years of knowledge to projects. Our familiarity with regulations and policies produces progress with minimum delays.
