Company History

Our journey began in 1981 when our founder, Gene Cash, started hauling lumber and plywood to local family and friends. Over the years, Gene and his son Mark expanded their operations, acquiring new equipment and hiring experienced drivers to serve the growing needs of the local community. Today, Vanport Trucking Company has a large fleet of local trucks, running throughout Oregon and Washington along the I-5 corridor. We have also expanded our services to provide trucking and logistics solutions throughout the Continental United States and Canada.
