The founders have created a comfortable, inviting atmosphere and strive to always be an integral part of the community. With over 80 varieties of coffee, Dublin Roasters specializes in handcrafting Organic Artisan Coffee. The coffee is carefully sourced from small family coffee farms and hand-roasted in small batches for the perfect flavor. Along with coffee, Dublin Roasters offers hot tea, Hot Caramel Spiced Apple Cider, Sophie & Madigan's Hot Chocolate, breakfast, lunch, baked goods, and more.

The Owner - Serina Roy

Dublin Roasters owner and founder, Serina Roy, has been roasting coffee for over 20 years and is truly dedicated to the art of coffee roasting. She has spent years traveling the world in search of the best beans, ensuring they are carefully grown, harvested, dried, and shipped. Once the beans arrive back home at Dublin, they are roasted using a Sivetz Air Roaster. This method surrounds the beans with a cyclone of hot air rather than a direct flame on the beans, making the roasting process better for the environment and for taste. The result is coffee that is second to none.

Welcome to the Dublin Roasters online shop. Every bean is hand-roasted for the perfect flavor. The shop features organic and fair-trade products, as well as special blends and flavored coffees. Regular coffee offerings include well-balanced brews with exceptionally refined character. Decaf coffee is also available, made using the Swiss Water process to bring you all of the flavor - without the caffeine. Flavored coffee is made with specialty-grade beans for a momentary, sweet escape in your day.

The Cafe @ Dublin Roasters offers a unique environment to meet, create, and prosper. The cafe features local artists displaying their talents and hosts a variety of events such as book clubs, moms groups, stitch and bitch sessions, telecommuting folks using the Wi-Fi, people interviewing for jobs, real estate deals, green home developers planning neighborhoods, old friends, and new friends! The cafe is open for curbside and deliveries, 7 days a week.

Dublin Roasters offers 1 to 15-person meeting rooms for off-site business meetings, study groups, brainstorming sessions, and more. The rooms are designed to provide a relaxing and unique environment to meet and are fully equipped with the best brews and foods right at your fingertips.
