Our Story
Guthrie Eye Care was founded in 1992 by husband-and-wife team, Drs. Doug and Lisa Cook. For over thirty years, they have been passionate about providing patient-centered eye care to the Guthrie community. In 2022, their daughter, Dr. Kayla Cook, joined the practice, expanding our services to cater to the growing needs of our patients.

Dr. Doug Cook, OD, FAAO, FCOVD, has over thirty years of experience and is credentialed as a fellow in the American Academy of Optometry and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development. Dr. Lisa Cook, OD, has over twenty years of experience and is involved in various community organizations. Dr. Kayla Cook, OD, joined the practice in 2022 and brings a fresh perspective to our team.
