Our story begins in 1977 when our founder, Clifford S. Lancey, moved to North Georgia to attend Emory University School of Law in Atlanta. After graduating in 1982, Clifford practiced law in Atlanta for a brief period before returning to North Georgia to establish his own private practice in Ellijay. Over the years, our practice has evolved to meet the changing needs of our community, expanding our services to serve individuals, businesses, and homeowners alike.
