Short-Term Stay

Our short-term stay program is designed for patients who require a brief period of rehabilitation and therapy after a hospital admission. Patients who have been admitted to a hospital for at least three nights may be eligible for our short-term stay program. This program provides 24-hour nursing care and physical, occupational, and speech therapy up to seven days a week. Patients may also request a short-term respite inpatient stay for periods ranging from a few days to several months.

In-Patient Residential Stay

For patients who require a permanent inpatient stay, we offer a comprehensive residential program. Our admission team works closely with patients and their families to develop a personalized plan that addresses their unique needs and goals.

Specialty Programs

We are committed to providing innovative and evidence-based programs to enhance patient outcomes. Our specialty programs are designed to address specific needs and provide additional training and education for our staff. Our specialty programs include:

• Post-COVID-19 Recovery Program: A comprehensive program designed for individuals who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and require rehabilitation and nursing care to recover and return to their optimal level of function.

Telemedicine

Our Telemedicine program allows patients to access medical services from the comfort of their own bed. Our state-of-the-art equipment enables remote consultations, video conferencing, and real-time monitoring, ensuring that patients receive the care they need without leaving their home.
