Our Team

Meet Neil Struby, our founder and CEO. With a background in mechanical engineering and a passion for building, Neil brings a unique perspective to the world of home renovation. When he's not leading the Struby Construction team, you can find him scuba diving, climbing mountains, or competing in adventure races. Karl Kortemeier, our Project Manager, brings over 14 years of operations and management experience to the team. As a NARI-certified lead carpenter, Karl is dedicated to ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
