BB's Preschool

At BB's Preschool and Childcare, we are dedicated to the success of all children. Our experienced and licensed staff is guided by a deep understanding of child development and research-based practices, ensuring that we provide developmentally appropriate experiences for all our students. Our curriculum is designed to facilitate growth in all areas of development, and we believe in the importance of individualized attention, providing modifications and adaptations to ensure the success of each child. Our classroom environment is carefully set up to encourage play, which we believe is the most important process through which children learn.

Our Commitment to Families

We believe that families play a vital role in their child's educational success. We maintain ongoing, open communication with all our families and encourage active participation in their child's education. We are a licensed facility with a maximum capacity of 31 children ages 3-5, and we start enrolling children for the available slots each spring. Our status as a non-profit organization (501(c)(3)) and our partnerships with the Sioux City Community School District and Siouxland SHIP further demonstrate our commitment to providing high-quality education and care.

Licenses and Credentials

We are proud to hold several key licenses and credentials, including being DHS Licensed, QRS (Quality Rated System) Level 4, and QPPS verified by Sioux City Community Schools (Iowa Department of Education: Quality Preschool Program Standards). Additionally, we are a member of the Better Business Bureau, reflecting our commitment to excellence and our dedication to our families.

Meet Our Staff and Events

Our staff is comprised of experienced and dedicated professionals who are passionate about early childhood education. We also host several events throughout the year, including New Year Enrollment, Pumpkin Painting with Parents, and an End of the Year Picnic. These events are designed to bring our families together and celebrate the milestones of our children.
