He has honed his skills at renowned institutions, including Bethune-Cookman College, Daytona Beach Community College, and the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu program in Orlando, FL. His experience includes working as Operations Chef at Vince Carter's Restaurant, Personal Chef for NBA Superstar Vince Carter, and even preparing meals for dignitaries like President Barack Obama and Vice President Dick Chaney.
