Income Qualifications

To ensure that our community remains affordable and accessible, we have established income qualifications. These qualifications are based on the number of people in your household, and we offer a range of options to accommodate different financial situations. The maximum income limits are as follows:

• One Person: $44,700.00
• Two People: $50,300.00
• Three People: $55,900.00
• Four People: $61,500.00
