Our Team

Our team is led by President and Founder David Mann, who brings a wealth of experience to the table. David grew up in Great Neck, NY, and received a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999. He went on to enroll at the real estate school at NYU and received a Master's in Real Estate Development in 2010. After experiencing the challenges of the real estate industry firsthand, David founded Lighthouse Living and dedicated himself to creating exceptional communities.
