Our Therapist

Delores Barbee Smith, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience as an individual, child, and family therapist. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University School of Social Work, specializing in cognitive and brief solution-focused therapy. Delores has presented at National conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of Team Building, Diversity, The Significance of Case Management in Client Service, and HIPPA.

Delores is an interactive, solution-focused therapist who provides support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
