We offer a full range of architectural services, including pre-design planning and feasibility studies, urban design, zoning and variance approval process, and construction management through our partner company, Forge Construction. We also specialize in integration of contemporary design within an urban context, innovative architectural solutions, and urban planning to millwork detailing.

Tools We Make

At Zephyr Architects, we are committed to making the building process easier, faster, and better. To achieve this, we have developed several tools that help streamline the construction process. CA-Dcouments is a construction management software that simplifies the building process, while LocalSource is an online building products database that connects builders and architects to building products close to their projects.
